Things a Landlord Needs

• Names and addresses of the tenants you are evicting.
• Birthdate and Social Security Number for each of the tenants you are evicting.
• County in which the property is located.
• Address of the rental property.
• A copy of any written rental agreement.
• A copy of any written rules for the rental property.
• The date of the last day of the rental period.
• The monthly rental amount.
• The amount of any rent or other money the tenants owe pursuant to their rental agreement with you.
• The date any rent or other money became past due.(if applicable).
• A description of the lease violation (if applicable).
• A description of the nuisance activity (if applicable).
